Here’s how it works:

Using a secure Telegram bot interface, the researcher sends a voice message like:

“Mouse 4 has a glucose level of 320, received 0.5 units of insulin, and weighs 26 grams.”

Our system then:

1. Transcribes the audio with OpenAI’s Whisper model,

2. Uses GPT-based natural language processing to extract structured data,

3. Automatically logs the data into a Google Sheet, complete with the exact date and time.

This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces transcription errors, and saves valuable time during fast-paced experiments. The system supports dynamic parsing, so whether you say “weight” or “kilos,” it all lands in the correct column. 💡
